**From 3 June 2022, you can travel regularly by yellow buses between Prague and Munich.** Whether you travel regularly for work or are thinking of going on a trip to this beautiful German city, a RegioJet bus is the right choice for you! **The buses will go there and back twice a day at great times.** 

You can take the morning connection at 9:30am from Prague, in which case you'll be in Munich by 2pm, or the afternoon connection at 4:30pm from Prague, in which case you'll be in Munich by 9pm. Shopping, BMW, football and great beer. That's how Munich could be described in a nutshell. **There's something for everyone in Germany's third-largest city.** Take a stroll along Marienplatz, catch a football match at the Allianz Arena or discover the history of the BMW brand at the museum of the same name. The city's famous landmark is the Olympic Park, built in 1972 as the venue for the Summer Olympics. The Olympic Tower or the Olympic Hall are sure to impress. It also hosts various exhibitions and concerts. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a delicious Bavarian beer.


**One of the city's largest public parks** is located in Munich, Bavaria, and it is called the English Garden. The name refers to the English garden standard. In addition to greenery, you will find there a **Japanese teahouse, a Chinese tower or a field meadow** where sunbathing without clothes is allowed. You can also surf on one of the artificial streams that run through the garden.

Car lovers should definitely visit the BMW Welt. The unique museum of automotive history, innovation and driving pleasure offers **an overview of the brand from its origins to the present day**. ## Integration model
RegioJet offers its REST API to partners where they can call search and booking endpoints. Business model of cooperation is based on commission fee. The following tutorial shows how to integrate your system to us.

## Booking API
The integration process is simple and consists from 8 main steps:

1.  Load constants GET /consts/tariffs, /consts/seatClasses, /consts/tariffs, /consts/locations, /consts/translations/{language}.
2.  Call GET /routes/search simple to search routes only.
3.  Call GET /routes/{routeId}/simple that returns detail of the route, especially part of route and seatClass.
4.  Call POST /routes/{routeId}/freeSeats. You need routeId and part of route from step 2 and 3; returns selectedSeats.
5.  Call POST /routes/{routeId}/passengesData. You need routeId and seatClass from step 2 and 3; returns mandatory data to make reservation.
6.  Create new ticket for new account as affiliate partner with POST /tickets/create/affiliate.
7.  Confirm payment PUT /payments/{ticketId}/pay.
8.  Print ticket GET /tickets/{ticketId}. You need a GET /users/authenticate endpoint to obtain an accountCode, an essential part of the ticket.
9.  The cancelation endpoint is optional. Average response of search API is around 100–300ms.

### Ready to test
You've successfully integrated our API and it's time to test it!

Please try following testing scenarios on QA environment and then send us accountCodes or tickedIDs (of created tickets during testing) and we will check them.

When you create all tickets mentioned above send them to us and we will check them in our system. After successful checking there will be one last thing to try – ticket cancellation. You will have to cancel four tickets (two domestic and two international), we will then check them on our side again. If no problems arise you have successfully pass our tests.

The **Departure Guarantee** is a complementary service for **RegioJet buses and trains**. It pays all yellow line passengers heading to one of Europe’s airports. You are guaranteed **a refund of the cost of a missed air ticket** if there is a delay in a connection. Paying just an extra **€ 4** per person is worth it. After all, the missed air ticket is much more expensive.

## It's simple
The Departure Guarantee service is [available online](/en/login) when booking a ticket or directly at the [point of sale](/en/contacts-about) when buying a ticket. You can decide to do it up to 24 hours before you leave for the bus or train connection. It is easy to order it for your already purchased ticket.

## When it looks like a delay
Our goal is to **get you to your flight on time**. We will do our utmost to do so, including **providing alternative transport**. If you still do not get your flight, we will refund you the **full amount for the missed flight, including airport charges**. When you rebook your ticket, you will get paid the difference between the price of the new and the original air ticket.

## RegioJet buses and trains go to European airports every day
We will take you to all major international airports comfortably, safely and with superior service.

## Please do not forget
We provide the **Departure Guarantee** service only if the **minimum** time is kept. When planning your timetable, therefore, think about a long enough time between the arrival of the RegioJet connection according to the timetable and the departure time of the aircraft. If this condition is not met, the **Guarantee** does not apply.

## What is the Klima Ticket?
The KlimaTicket is **an Austrian statutory discount that can be used with certain train carriers in Austria**. It is also **valid on public transport services**. KlimaTicket allows you to use all scheduled services on different carriers throughout Austria. From October 26 2021, the **Klima Ticket can be used for travels with RegioJet throughout Austria** and up to the first stop across the border. That means you can travel from Austria to Breclav in the Czech Republic and Hegyeshalom in Hungary. **Travelling around Austria has never been easier!** The KlimaTicket can be purchased by anyone and is not limited to Austrian residents.

## On which RegioJet routes can you use the KlimaTicket?



To travel on RegioJet trains using the Klima Ticket, you will need a seat reservation. Without a seat reservation, you can only travel in a Low cost or Astra carriage (without service charge) an only if there is a seat available. You can book a seat reservation ticket on the web, using the [reservation system](/?en).

The KlimaTicket is a plastic card valid for one year. You can buy it at the (distribution partner) [sale points](https://www.klimaticket.at/en/) or [online](https://shop.klimaticket.at/en/ticket). To obtain the card, you need to fill in a form and the card will be sent to you within 30 days. In the meantime, you will receive a provisional confirmation. You can also fill in the form at a RegioJet branch in Vienna from 1 January 2022.

**Group reservations are made from a minimum of 10 persons and above.** If the group of passengers has **over 25 members**, the train can stop not only at usual RegioJet stops, but also at one of over 150 special stops. No operational reasons shall prevent the stop. The special stop has to be ordered min. 10 days before planned departure. **The fee is 1000 CZK**.

## Order
The order of a train ticket for a big group or the whole wagon/car should be made by sending an e-mail to skupiny@regiojet.cz. To finalize it successfully, it needs to be stated if the journey is:
- one-way or return, 

and you also have to note:
- date, 
- time, 
- number of people,
- required class (Low cost, Standard, Relax, Business on RJ category trains and Low cost (2nd Class), Standard (2nd Class), Business (1st Class) on R category trains),
- first name and surname, contact e-mail, and phone of the ordering party.
